We are most
excited to announce that Chabad at La Costa has begun a new
era in our growth and development! Our long-time landlord
has expressed his willingness to sell us our current site,
1980 La Costa Ave., Carlsbad for the price of $300,000. This
is an exceptional deal and an outstanding opportunity. In
fact, the purchase price of the property is so reasonable
that we have decided to immediately embark upon an ambitious
Building Campaign simultaneously with our Land Purchase
Campaign.
The great
news is that there is already enough money for both
campaigns! The bad news is that it is still in our friends’
pockets.
NOW is the
time to join us in building a permanent facility in
Carlsbad, of which we can all be proud. We need YOU to be as
generous as you can in realizing this dream. Please enjoy
our preliminary architectural renditions. As you will notice
we want to do something totally unique for this region. Our
goal is build a beautiful synagogue that is of traditional
design and function while meeting the very contemporary
needs of the community.
A warm and
inviting Old World style synagogue will be the centerpiece
of our campus that will include facilities for children,
seniors, and everyone in between. While emphasizing our
beautiful and time-honored traditions, we will make the most
of modern technology. We will be fully “wired” and even
“green-minded” in our glorious new facility.
To bring these
ambitious dreams to fruition we welcome your input and
support. We seek partners ready to act now to become our
partner in this meaningful campaign. We have therefore
included a list of dedication opportunities.
G-d blesses
those who share their blessings with the general community.
In fact, there is no greater blessing to be found. Will you
avail yourself of this opportunity?
